Welcome to Coffee & Moo — where designs are cute, cheeky, cozy, and occasionally unhinged. By shopping here, you're agreeing to a few simple things:

1. ORDERS & PAYMENTS

  • Once an order is placed, it is added to our pressing queue. Because all Coffee & Moo items are made to order, cancelling after pressing begins isn't always possible — but message us and we'll try our best to moo-ve things for you.

  • Orders are only processed once payment has cleared (no bouncing moo-cheques here!).

  • We accept payments via trusted providers, including PayPal, Stripe, and Afterpay, all processed securely through Squarespace Commerce.

2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Delivery estimates are just that — estimates. We ship fast, but couriers can be slow, confused, or in need of snacks.

  • Once your parcel is with the courier, timing is officially out of our hands (and hooves).

  • You can track your parcel using the link provided in your shipping confirmation.

3. DAMAGED, FAULTY, & INCORRECT ITEMS

  • If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please get in touch with us within 48 hours with clear photos of the item(s) and packaging. We'll replace it ASAP — no drama, no guilt trips, no interrogation under a heat lamp.

  • In some rare cases, we may ask you to return the item for investigation, but we will always cover all associated shipping costs.

4. RETURNS & REFUNDS (Change of Mind)

  • Because all Coffee & Moo designs are hand-pressed just for you, we cannot accept "change of mind" returns on any items.

  • This includes if you changed your mind, chose the wrong design, or decided you wanted a different vibe.

5. PRIVACY POLICY

  • Your privacy is treated with the same love and care we give our designs — gently, responsibly, and without unnecessary chaos. We are committed to protecting your personal information.

6. DESIGNS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All designs, product photos, website content, logos, and branding belong to Coffee & Moo or are carefully sourced from licensed designers we work with.

  • Please don't copy, reuse, screenshot, trace, steal, milk, or "recreate" them for other projects, on any medium (ceramic, cotton, digital, etc.) without our express written permission. Legal goblins are not as friendly as ours.

7. PRICING & AVAILABILITY

  • Prices may change depending on suppliers, shipping, inflation, and general life chaos.

  • Sales and discount codes may appear randomly like feral cows — enjoy them while they last.

  • If something is out of stock, we'll update its availability on our website as soon as we catch our breath.

8. WEBSITE ACCURACY (Aka: Oops Clause)

  • Sometimes typos happen, stock levels glitch, or a gremlin gets into the system.

  • We reserve the right to update or correct any errors, including pricing or availability, without prior notice.

9. LEGAL MOO-BITS

  • By purchasing from Coffee & Moo, you agree to these terms.

  • Coffee & Moo operates under New Zealand consumer law, which means you're protected, we're protected, and the cows can rest easy.

  • We promise to treat you fairly, kindly, and with maximum moo energy. We both agree to follow all legally required terms, consumer rights, and by-law obligations under New Zealand law — no chaos, no confusion, just good honest business.
