  • If your item hasn’t been pressed yet, we might be able to change or cancel it. Once pressing begins, we’re locked in — but message us ASAP (form below), and we’ll see what we can moo-ve.

  • (Feral Edition) Oh, bestie, we’ve made it stupidly easy to find your next emotional support design. You can:

    • Browse by category if you know your vibe — Soft But Savage, Sass Mode, Country & Caffeinated, Kiwi Core, After Dark, or Limited Chaos.

    • Search by keyword if you’re hunting for something weirdly specific like “cow,” “coffee,” or “unhinged but make it cute.”

    And if you STILL can’t find the design your soul is craving? Message us. We will happily go full goblin mode and either find it, design it, or summon it from the chaos realms for you.

  • Absolutely! We love helping you add that extra touch of chaos and care. You can add a personalised gift message during checkout, and we'll include it with your order — no extra charge, no corporate fuss.

SHIPPING & PICKUP

  • NZ-wide + Australia (our neighbours across the ditch). (Planning to expand once we master logistics… and patience.) Really want one of our designs? You can always get in touch if you live outside these countries, and we can provide a shipping quote and send an invoice via PayPal.

  • If your country isn't listed (yet!), don't worry, you can still join the herd! Just send us a moo-ssage via our Get in Touch with your full address and the designs you're craving. We'll happily wrangle a custom shipping quote for you and send an invoice via PayPal.

    • NZ: 2–4 business days (After processing 1-3 days)

    • Australia: 7–12 business days (After processing 1-3 days) (Unless couriers go full “bull in a china shop mode.”)

    Note: Rural delivery can add a little extra moo-vement time.

    Customs Fees (Australia) Your country may charge tax or customs fees on arrival. Sadly, we cannot moo at customs to make them go away — please check your local rules.

  • Yes! Pickup is available by appointment from rural Te Poi / Matamata. Once your order is completed, we’ll email and/or Text you the full address & pickup details.

    • Pickup Hours: Monday–Friday • 10 am–5 pm

    • CLOSED Weekends = for coffee, cows, chaos and whatever life throws our way.

  • (Hopefully not — but couriers/Posties sometimes charge through deliveries like excitable cattle, or sometimes a tiny chaos goblin slips into the printing process!)

    Please send:

    • A photo of the packaging

    • A photo of the item(s) (showing damage/fault)

    • Your order number

    We’ll replace it immediately — no fuss, no guilt, no sad moo noises. In some rare cases, we may ask you to return the item so we can investigate, but we’ll cover all the shipping costs. Check here for our full Returns & Damages policy.

CUSTOM & PHOTO DESIGNS

  • We don’t create direct replicas of any copyrighted characters (because jail doesn’t look good on us) BUT… If you’re after a vibe, a theme, or something inspired by your favourite fandom, creature, aesthetic, or chaotic little guy, we can usually create something that gives the energy you’re looking for without copying anything official. Basically: If you want the “I know who that reminds me of” vibe… we’ve got you. Send us a message with what you’re thinking, and we’ll see what kind of magic (and mild chaos) we can whip up.

  • Absolutely! Use the Custom Design listing and add your text in the notes. Cute, funny, sentimental, R18+, Downright feral — you name it, we print it. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on these.

    1. Start by finding our "Custom Design" listing on the website.

    2. Follow the instructions on that page to submit your wording, or photo, (making sure any photos are high-quality!).

    3. We'll review your request, and if anything needs clarifying, we'll reach out faster than a caffeine hit.

    4. Once everything's confirmed, we'll get to pressing your unique design!

  • Yes — IF your photo is high quality. Your image needs to be clear, sharp, and at least 300 DPI. If you send us a blurry potato-quality photo… we're good, but we're not wizards — we can’t magically un-blur your nana, your dog, or your wedding photo from 2007: no screenshots, no tiny files, no cropped Facebook pics. If you're unsure, send it through, or send it to our Facebook page and we’ll let you know if it’s print-worthy!

PRODUCTS & CARE

  • Your mug is low-maintenance (unlike me before coffee). It’s dishwasher and microwave-safe, but if you want it to live its longest, happiest life, gentle handwashing is always a bonus. You can also check our full Care Instructions here for both mugs and tees.

  • We know a good brew needs the right vessel! Our standard ceramic mugs come in two popular sizes for your caffeine (or chaos) consumption:

    • 11oz (approx. 325ml): The classic, comfy size for your everyday sip.

    • 15oz (approx. 444ml): For when you need a little (or a lot) more coffee to wrangle your day.

    We also have 11oz (approx. 325ml) black mugs available for specific designs! You’ll find the mug options listed on each product page – so you can choose the perfect fit for your vibe!

  • Our mugs are crafted from high-quality ceramic with durable, vibrant prints. Our tees are 100% Premium Combed Cotton for ultimate comfort and feature crisp DTF transfers that last. We believe in quality that can handle your everyday chaos!

  • Blank mugs and tees are sourced both within NZ and offshore, but all printing, pressing, packaging, and finishing is proudly done in New Zealand by us — one design at a time. Some artwork is created by the Chief Mug & Tee Goblin (Doreen), and some is carefully sourced from licensed designers we work with.

  • Processing time is 1–3 business days, depending on how wild life gets.

  • We do our absolute best to match the colours in our photos to the real design. BUT — every phone, laptop, and monitor shows colours a little differently, so shades may vary ever so slightly. No drastic surprises, promise.

  • Currently, our personality tees are available in classic Black, Grey, White, and Navy. We’ve carefully chosen these shades because they best suit our designs and are the most popular for letting your feral creativity shine. If you’re craving a different colour, you can always reach out — we might be able to wrangle something unique for you!

  • Absolutely! Getting the right fit is key to wearing your chaos comfortably. We use modern-cut, premium combed cotton tees.

  • Mugs: Because our ceramic mugs are hand-pressed to order just for you, we cannot offer exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size/design choices. We put a lot of love and chaos into each one, so please choose your mug vibe carefully! (If your mug arrives damaged or faulty, please see our "What To Do If Your Order Arrives Sad" section).

    T-Shirts: We want your wearable chaos to fit perfectly! If you order a tee and it doesn't quite fit or you've chosen the wrong size, we're happy to arrange an exchange for you.

    Here’s how to make your tee exchange happen:

    1. Condition: The tee must be in its original, unworn, unwashed condition, with all tags (if applicable) and original packaging.

    2. Contact Us: Send us a moo-ssage via our Contact Page within [Number, e.g., 7-14] days of receiving your order to let us know you need an exchange and for which size.

    3. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of returning the original tee to us. We recommend using tracked postage. We will send you our return address

    4. Replacement: Once we receive and inspect the returned tee, we'll happily send out your replacement at no additional shipping cost from our end!
